Growth Groups:

Growth Groups are small groups of people (8-14) that meet on a regular basis, either at church or in a home setting. These groups meet on various days and times throughout the local community. Each group is unique, but they all are for the purpose of growing in Christ and growing together.

Missions:

Calvary Chapel Palm City is committed to the ministries of missions and outreach as a part of fulfilling the Great Commission that Jesus gave to all His followers in Matthew 28:19, 20.

We are supportive of missions and outreach in many ways including:

Providing regular financial support to missionaries overseas.

Providing regular financial support for local ministries, which are committed to reaching the lost.

Regularly praying, as a church body, for those involved in missions and outreach.

Taking members of the congregation on short-term missions trips on a regular basis to areas such as: Africa, Central America, and South America.

Providing ongoing instruction to the congregation on reaching their neighbors with the Good News of Jesus.

Ladies’ Ministry:

The Ladies' Ministry is for women of all ages. The purpose of the ministry is to strengthen the Christian walk of those who are already followers of Jesus and to reach those outside the church with the love of Jesus.

Activities include: Bible studies of particular interest to women, Friendship outings, and Social outreaches such as the donating of Thanksgiving meals for the needy.

Men's Ministry: The Men's Ministry is for men of all ages. The men regularly meet for various activities and spiritual growth opportunities. Activities include: Cook-outs, Movies, Men's Conferences, Fishing, Ball Games, And Bible Studies.

Senior's Ministry: The Seniors Ministry is designed for those 55 and older. The Seniors Ministry meets at local restaurants for a luncheon, friendship and Bible discussion.

There is also opportunity available for ministering in local nursing homes on a weekly basis.

Inside Out Youth Ministries Grades 6-12:

Do You Want your Life to Make a Difference?

Inside-Out is for middle and high school ages. Each weekly meeting includes a time of modern praise and worship led by Pastor Josh, engaging teaching, fun activities, and prayer.

What to Expect:

Worship that is passionate and God-Glorifying

Regular and relevant teaching from the Bible. The teachings cover a wide range of topics such as: Salvation, Sexuality, Relationships, Prayer, Evangelism, and Handling Conflict.

Fellowship activities that promote healthy and edifying relationships. Fellowship activities include attendance at organized youth conferences/ summer camps, Christian concerts, and group outings such as a day at the beach or a theme park.

Meeting Times:

The Youth Group Ministry meets every Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.

Children's Ministry:

Jesus holds children dear to his heart, and so we at Calvary Chapel Palm City do so as well. We have strived to design a kid-inviting, God-honoring place for our children to be loved and learn about the one true Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We take the safety of the children very seriously, therefore all staff and volunteers must undergo a criminal background check and we have a check-in and check-out procedure designed to protect the children.

The Mission of the Children's Ministry is: - To partner with parents - To reach our community - To teach and equip kids so that all experience a relationship with Jesus in which they know, trust, and obey Him and God's Word.

A devoted team of children's ministry volunteers has been developed and trained.

- Each year we will be hosting a few children's outreach events (Such as our Easter Egg stravaganza, and our Family Fun Fest in October)

Days and Times:

Sunday mornings at 10am.

Sunday mornings the Children's Ministry begins after the music/worship time and ends right after church.

Your child will be dismissed from the worship service and will go to his/her own kid's worship and then from there will go to age specific classrooms where you will pick up your child after church is over.
